Welcome to the 8th Running Club.

This site has been created to help you get the best from your running, keep you up to date with what we are doing including

running

races we have entered and to help you to train better, adopt good running techniques and generally build your running ability.

We will also use this site to communicate with you. This is important especially when we want to advise you of meeting times, changes etc.

We are not a UK Athletics affiliated club. We are a local club to Quinton open to young people who want to run. You may want to run for many reasons, to get fit, loose weight, becuase you enjoy exercise, meet other people etc. We will wlecome all young peole who are prepared to get involved.

To be apart of the club you need to be able to answer yes to all of the following:

  1. Are you are aged 13 and over and are not older than 17
  2. Are you fit and healthy and not taking any medication that can impact your ability to exercise
  3. Are you commited to being part of a group and will abide by the rules of the club
  4.Can you provide us with a fully completed parents consent form allowing you to take part
   

To take part in running you need to have given to us a completed parents consent form. This should be completed by your parent / guradian after they have read and understood the information contained in the 'Running Leaflet' below. Download both documents from here.

We meet at St. Boniface Church every Tuesday evening at 6.30pm.
