well many of you prob dont no or member me i used to get called TANK

o yea and they are some poor running times by the way on the 8th running site.

I know who you are and indeed, I do remember you. But does anyone else. I was able to look at your email addy since I administer the forum. So hows things, you know anyone else out there who should be on this forum? and what are you up to these days?

no I am afraid he is from a different era, more recent. So not someone you would have known.

Yes there is a challege i did a 10k cross country at senneleys park quicker then most any of you did the 10k on the road and as for the 5k times not one of you under 23 mins. I run quicker warming up. lol

I still see Andre Whyte. I actually train with him.

Im on a job hunt at the moment and i concentrate alot on the old athletics.

Ha ha Bushy and Pencil, yeah remember Ian he had a gold Ford Crapi, and I know who was responsible for writing "Pencil" in Kevins' Cap, but my lips will remain forever sealed :-D.
