The idea is to give the seniors some seperate time from the company section. There is a new badge scheme due to commence at the start of next session for both company section and seniors. So the toughts are as follows:
1. Company and seniors run two different badge schemes
2. Staff will be allocated to work in a specific section and to plant he badgework for that section.
3 Classess will be run on two classes per night for each boy on a rotational basis
4. Seniors to finish at 10.00pm
5. Company to finish at 9.30pm.
6. Fall in to be usual 7.45 all together.
7. Devotional times for each age group to be seperate
8. Games???
None of these dieas are set in stone and indeed may not happen at all but, if you have some alternative suggestions then please do let us know.
Remember, seniors starts for each boy that is 15 although if you turn 15 during a session it will be the following full session that you are considered to be a senior.

liking the idea, however the games time might be scewered by this arrangement im guessing if the company finish earlier that they will either have shorter class time or shorter games time (which i dont think they'd like)
however, if we're running on the same principle of a normal night for seniors, thats an extra 15 minutes of games! THAT'LL DING-DANG-DO!!
with some fine-tuning on the idea and woth others giving their comments, this could work!!
