As with previous trips we need ot raise money to subsidise this event. The cost per person is currently £250. however, we are aiming to reduce to reduce this to a more resonable level in line with previous expeditions which have been around £100 each. Therefore, until we do obtain financial support we need to work ont he trip being £250 per person. In light of this we have detailed a payment scedule below which we would ask that all members of staff and boys strictly adhere to.
Payment Schedule
In order to ensure your payment for the above trip is not too onerous, we have set out a schedule which we hope you find helpful.
The following is the latest dates by which we can receive your payments. We have to have latest dates as we have already spent money on the flights and others items which we need to cover as soon as possible.
The total cost of the trip is going to be £250. However, as with the France & Ireland trips, we were able to significantly reduce this by finding subsidies from outside of the Brigade. We are also going to be doing some fundraising activities to ensure money is raised by the boys to help reduce the costs to a more manageable total.
The schedule below is based on the £250, however, we will be updating all parents as and when money is received from outside the BB and how that affects the overall total.
